Was on the prowl Tuesday after 2 am. Made my typical loops around the circuit and found myself on fairhaven St and I came across cupcake. Hello. I'm thinking you were on Route 40 in Highlandtown when you made the scoop. That's where the McDs and Executive Inn are. In my experience the Executive Inn is a snake pit. Lots of very shady types there. A girl told me that years back it was raided by the DEA. They even left a agent at the front desk to make sure management did not call the room they were raiding to warn them. Very sketchy place.

I was running around the area Friday around 1100 am. Lots of LEO around posted up at intersections. There were lots of walkers out on 4th and 5th around Washburn. I had an appointment with Jinx of Listcrawler, so I wasn't too worried about Uncle. Finished my date with Jinx and was heading out. The Uncles that were posted were starting to pull over cars, 1 was sitting on 4th and Jeffery and pulled out behind a car and stopped him on Jeffery. Just a word of caution, they are out and watching. I don't know what the probable cause was to make the stop, but lights were flashing.

If you observe closely most of these streets have cameras mounted on street lights.

LEO is keeping a close eye.

Also there are informant on streets who keep them informed of activity.
