Has anyone been to Apple lately?

This place has gotten TOO busy. This is the third time I called to schedule an appt with Ewa. They gave me a time to come, I was there exactly on time only to learn "Ewa busy and not available". I understand the influx and understand they're busy but don't tell someone to come at a certain time and make an appt if you know the girl is not available. Poor business management on their end.
