Correct this is LSC Diya. Saw her once and will not repeat. Lack of effort and skills, zero chemistry, and nonexistent english made it hard to communicate. Typically, you still pay the upcharge if you attempt the 2nd shot, even if you fail. The provider's economic justification is that she did the work that you paid for. She can't be held responsible for anything that prevents you from busting again.

But if you have a good relationship with her, she may let it slide.

Yes, that is the one thing I like better about today's environment. Full transparency on BBFS is a good thing. But it's the only improvement, IMO.

The other change I really dislike is the proliferation of bookers. It's all over the map and ridiculously confusing.
