Star really is a good spot. Some mongers expect perfection. I've been to that place times during the winter this year. Mamasan is probably older Chinese lady in the 40-50's. Yes the surrounding area is quite strange as it is mainly a warehouse area, inside looks retail though with rooms. All the times were at night so it wasn't obvious to the surrounding area, as behind is a metrolink train station. Also the fact that you have to ring the doorbell with the stand of shame in case of people don't see you LOL.
