Yeah, that mugshot is certainly the worst I've seen her looking and one of the times I saw her she had just rolled out of bed. Nobody really looks good in mugshots though so what can ya do. This is purely speculation based on a couple of pictures from both ads but if I had to guess she's working with Alexis, who people have said is legit. They both are holding the same notebook with their name, dates, and city written in purple marker. At first I thought Bella's might have been photoshopped to replace her name in place of Alexis but the angles weren't the same and she's holding it in a different place. Looking closer it seems she just cut out a piece of paper with her name and taped or glued it over Alexis's name.
