Our problem is that they're not great at honoring appointments. Their problem is that you degenerates keep making them and don't show up. And you know they don't write anything down anyway. The best you can hope for is that showing them a confirmed appt text will get you into the bull pen for next up.

That said, I'm put off about the HF in general and Renton has a glut of teahouses so I'm going to give them time to get their shit together before going back.
