Sadly my experience has been pretty much the exact same. The Milwaukee location used to be my go-to for a great massage and L1 for the last year, but my last two visits in the past month have been awful. I have always been happy with my massages there (and at the Belmont location). And L1 with a little OTC roaming has always been available. Maybe just some bad luck? Grand Spa has good massages but I stopped going as I couldn't take the pressure to tip $100 for a fully clothed HJ.
