Agree that everyone should look at the previous 10 pages to get a feel for things. I thought he was using the word rate in exchange for tips, which would be difficult to do a search for. I applaud him for not wanting to affect the market by overpaying, and I think the most helpful response is to say what we are tipping.

The greek request seemed to be a side issue, wanting to know where that is available.

Thanks for asking about local rates, I appreciate that you don't want to mess up the local market. What works for me is 170 half hour 200 full hour, total price. If you get push back an extra 20 will usually turn a frown upside down.

As far as recommending certain shops my suggestion is stop by if you notice one while you are driving around. They usually change grills every month so a good or bad place this month maybe the opposite next month.
