Obviously, not everyone in that party is that way, but it does seem that politicians looking to gather enough votes to keep their jobs cater to their demands because that group is more vocal and organized.

I hate religion because of this constant need to try and push their morals onto others.

Both our political parties are piles of flaming dog-shit. But as a country, we need to find a way to push these religious people out of our politics and laws. I don't care what they do in their churches, and I don't want them to have any influence over how the rest of us live our lives.

So I don't give two shits which party you vote for -- but for the love of sanity -- just don't vote for any politician that will try and cater to these religious voters (such as our current Governor)..

Not that it's an indicator of anything, but I did a drive by today of a once popular spa that closed and reopened recently in South Florida.
