Yes, if you arrange for the 4 hands beforehand it'll be $100 house fee for 45 minutes. I imagine if you want an hour, you could negotiate for 120 or something.

And yes, since mine was spur of the moment and Linda was only there for less than 10 minutes, I gave her $40 (while I gave Summer $70). They were both happy because it was a slow day.
