From everything I've seen here it should be 40/80 (what we expect to pay) for what you want. I'd imagine they would try and ask for more. What's the deal with Lexington? Do the people who own our AMPs have some kind of weird stranglehold on the business and prevent anyone from coming in, offering FS, and out selling them?
