I'm going to try and say this tactfully without getting into politics. But I think it's important to recognize that whatever your political beliefs -- there is one party that has been massively infiltrated by a large group of religious people who want to enforce their morality on the general populace and have been actively working to change laws to make that possible. Obviously, not everyone in that party is that way, but it does seem that politicians looking to gather enough votes to keep their jobs cater to their demands because that group is more vocal and organized.

I hate religion because of this constant need to try and push their morals onto others.

Both our political parties are piles of flaming dog-shit. But as a country, we need to find a way to push these religious people out of our politics and laws. I don't care what they do in their churches, and I don't want them to have any influence over how the rest of us live our lives.

So I don't give two shits which party you vote for -- but for the love of sanity -- just don't vote for any politician that will try and cater to these religious voters (such as our current Governor)..

So many opinions will be popping out in this forum on this issue I'm sure. Big waste of tax payers dollars to gain control of something that will only end up being a temporary annoyance for the AMP industry in the long run. They will find a loop hole and it will all go away as if it never happened.

And, the worst of it, it's going to cause a HUGE inconvenience to the standard massage therapy establishments that now have to spend a ton more time on documentation, data protection, reports, etc. That they can blame on politicians claiming to make the communities safer. Costing the "legit" providers more time and money when they don't make much in the first place.

At any other healthcare treatment facility where client records are kept, can mid-grade "inspectors" examine client data, personal identifying information and treatment notes? Where are HIPAA protections in all this? I know there are monger brothers out there with legal expertise. How can this stand? Are there any legal challenges on the horizon? Thanks for your opinion.

I would imagine they would give it a couple of days for establishments to collect the required information then do a check to see if they complied. Not sure how they would verify the amount of customers to the information collected. Not unless they force them to give up their daily customer counts. I feel like that would be very intrusive to try and enforce.

Since I don't live in the area, and very seldom get to an AMP, I don't get to post much. I do like my once or twice a year outing though. I sure hate for it to end. I'll be watching this forum for the next month. I hope the politicians do this like they do most things. Never follow up.

They're going after the Asians. They want logs written in English or Spanish. Definitely going after our Asian friends.

I'm hoping our Asian friends can comply. but they are in the crosshairs of our politicians.

Yes it is. Maybe nothing? Maybe law enforcement has D. O. H. on speed dial and they send them where they want them to shut down our favorite spa's for non-compliance? Hopefully nothing?

Can you give more details on this apartment girl setup? Is there an apartment where this occurs in the city?

There is a Korean agency in Miami that uses apartments. Same model in other states. Book with the booker like how agencies used to before they all got busted in Miami. I liked that business model back in the day. I always preferred agency girls. Higher quality and any concerns the management usually makes sure you are happy. Prices are higher now. But if more competition maybe prices will stabilize. Agencies have more extras like cip, etc. Some of the apartment set up in northern states are not as high class like in Chicago. You can kind of just show up to a run down apartment and choose a girl. Sunday visit to Spring / Let's Relax. Called ahead to confirm that Christy was on duty and she was but she was otherwise engaged when I arrived so I had to wait until she was ready. All good.

Christy is a young and pretty Chinese woman. Friendly and eager to please. Fit and trim body with large man mades. Went with the standard FS hour (80 + 160). Enthusiastic table shower with NURU, TUMA, BBBJ and cleaning. She even did a reverse NURU (back to back slide).

Back to the room for a lengthy LFK session and then on to 69, MISH and some prostrate action. Finished with BBBJ CIM. Christy is a charmer with a lot of energy and enthusiasm. Very grateful for the opportunity to visit with her.

Even though the new massage law takes effect tomorrow (July 1), there as nothing out of the ordinary at Spring. I didn't ask any questions about their plans, if any, to do a work around for the new law. Didn't want to appear too nosy and there is always the language barrier at an AMP. I also didn't want to risk misunderstanding anything and then reporting erroneous info.

The AMPs have had a lot of time to prepare for the new law and I think they will solve the issues but the market will eventually make that determination. I'm solidly on Team AMP.
