The "managers" are usually ex MP ladies. They aren't paid very much and most of what they actually earn is what they can extort from the MP ladies actually servicing customers.

I have actually met the "paper owners" of some of the shops in the Seattle area over the years. I say "paper owners" because their job seemed to be to collect and forward mail, sign documents, and not ask many questions. It is doubtful very many of them have much of a clue about what kind of business they are doing this for. Both of the ones I met were older white guys living very modestly.

Who the actual owners are, I do not know and doubt I'd like it if I knew.

One of the things that kind of bugs me is that the business model doesn't really make sense. We know that the "girls" work for tips and that the owners and managers make most of their money on the house fee. But that doesn't add up to very much. Even if you make very optimistic assumptions about how many guys walk into the airlock every day the gross on a square footage basis isn't very impressive compared to other businesses that you could put in those strip malls. And those other businesses wouldn't have any of the risks that come with operating an illegal business. So it makes the whole MP scheme high risk and low reward, which doesn't make sense given how many of the damned things there are. And the business models for "legit" MPs that charge basically the same house fees make even less sense. Something weird is going on here.

I don't know how they make it work. I live in Yakima and there are 11 that I can think of here. They aren't busy but you don't open up that many locations in a place as small as Yakima if you aren't making money. There's more of them here than Starbucks.

Multiple get ran by an "owner" kind of like a management company. There are multiple of those operating in the state as well. One got shut down a while back that hit Tacoma, Spokane, and some other areas. LE is aware of them and will prefer to target ownership because it looks like a bigger bust when shutting down multiple locations at once. Unless they get greedy and kidnap the person like they did in Renton at one point.

Just beware, Kings has a small parking lot that is very exposed and faces Highway 99, so if you're ok with that or are willing to park else where and walk over.

I just had a solid session with Candy at Shanghai. 8 in looks, long black hair, MM C's, nice body. She leaves on the 30th.

I saw Candy the other day, great service, very cute. As we were going at it in mish, I looked down at her and realized she looked like a young Lucy Liu.

Yumi at Kings is in her late 40's (probably closer to early 50's), but has a very tight little body and still looks good for her age, she will take good care of you, will go bare if preferred and will give a decent PM if you want. She is my "go to" when I don't feel like taking a chance on a new place or Shanghai is busy.

After Coco, Angela, Vivi, Amy, it was time to try out Kiki. Was lucky to catch her on her last day and holy shit she was absolutely gorgeous. Great service as usual, no one can beat the bar set by Good. Each and every provider there is fantastic.

After Coco, Angela, Vivi, it was time to checkout their latest addition Amy. Excellent experience and a very down to earth person ready to please. Exceeded expectations and the massage was solid, like really good. Only downside was I'm a non smoker, and she's a smoker so that breath was a little bit tough for me to handle. Other than that 10/10. Good is great. Amy is here until end of month, and will be at shangrila next month.

You are correct. The walls do not go to the ceiling. I went in for an hour this morning and had a nice experience with Lucky. Without making too much noise due to the aforementioned walls.

9988 15th Ave. It was pretty typical layout. Walls don't go to the ceiling but it's private enough. Got a 30 min and was cash only. I didn't catch the name of the girl I saw but she was cute, maybe late 20's and good body. She had some dark staining on her front teeth but that's about all I could complain about. I got undressed and laid down. There was an other client there who was trying to quietly have a good time but a few quiet moans from the girl giving their massage was reassuring that it would be a good appointment. The massage was actually really good. I opted for the oil and it she put a lot of effort into it. When she was finishing up she did the normal tickle of the ass crack and then reach under. I lifted up and she teased me with a good couple minutes of a warm up hand job. I flipped and she asked if I wanted anything (with the usual hand gestures) and I opted for FS. It was a quick and painless haggle from 2 to 1.5 and the cover went on. I didn't feel rushed at all which was nice and refreshing. Normally about 5-10 min in, I usually get them being pushy but this lady was making sure I enjoyed my time. We went through a couple positions before the cover came off and she finished me in her mouth.

It was a good experience. Not the best but one of the better ones I've had in a while.

Stopped in tonight out of curiosity. Greeted by a lean, probably late 40's woman named Lucky. Didn't catch the other gals name. Both of them were lean to slim. Wearing yoga pants and tank tops.

When you enter there's a little room, maybe 4 x8 that you stand in while they unlock the inner door. Which, as we all know, is a good sign. Kinda weird though that this place is pretty much on the corner right across from City Hall.

The place seems pretty new on the inside, with 4-6 rooms. Lucky led me to a back room and as I started undressing I wanted to confirm that they took credit cards. She said "no, cash only". Despite their Visa / MC logos on the front door.

So, put my hoodie and cap back on and told her I'd be back. And I will be back because I'm intrigued. And I liked the looks of Lucky with her lean body in her red form fitting leggings.

Sorry can't contribute anything regarding a session there, but with the vestibule, and the "cash only". I sense this place will delivery. Despite the rather odd location for a Spa of Ill Repute.
