The TLDR is "don't go".

I visited "Pro-Massage" on North Avenue in Lemon Grove. OIf you google the address it takes you to the wrong spot. It is close, but not close enough to find the place. Pro Massage is located on the north side of Broadway in Lemon Grove near the freeway off ramp. But you turn north off the ramp, heading up behind the Burger King.

The place is a very run down strip mall with a Barber and a small used car business.

I went inside and was greeted by a cute looking 30 ish masseuse, and overpowering heat from a un air-conditioned shack in a unshaded lot in lemon grove. The place is a one woman shop and I ws showed to a room. I was about to bail due to the heat but she hit some buttons on a device that I thought was a small AC unit (I was wrong, it was just a fan).

Actually Max, the rates you quote seem pretty much standard to me. That's about what I would pay for different levels of service.
