And that's with rent doubling in that time period. Almost everyone's income has gone up by more in those 10 years. It is cheaper than ever for me and I go more than ever. I don't think it's just me.

So I can speak to this. I was the user who posted the news to this forum about Boston Ten the day of, with links to the news and affidavit. The affidavit says outright that the Feds put the place on surveillance. The Feds do not lie on their affidavits, and they do not ask for a warrant to raid (and blow their cover) until they already have an open and shut case. It's very different from how state or city police operate. Once they raid they already had everything proven.
