"Do something." Really? Any suggestions? Seems like it would be best to just avoid a problem area. I've had the "opportunity" to wear the shiny "bracelets" a few times. The cops were very nice, not abusive at all. But they still took me to jail. Maybe I should have "done something" to enhance the experience.

Not Milwaukee but I expect we'll see more legislation like this everywhere in the future. In Dallas a woman waving at cars or talking through a window in an area known for prostitution can now be cited.
