Many places bank on the fact that, once you show up, they have leverage because mongers are horny and want to get their nut. But the fact of the matter is that it's your money and you maintain the leverage until you hand it over.

Be a little more forceful in your request to see Tina. By forceful I mean tell the handler that if they do a bait and switch on you, you will walk away and leave a bad review.
