Yeah I agree less mongers does not lower prices. It just sends girls to other cities.

San Diego had 2 agencies and an average of 5 girls two years ago. Now, we have 4 agencies and 12 kgirls on average. There are a lot of reasons but one obvious one is there are enough mongers. And we have that because we have many users that help each other, because we have such a small market. We have a pretty big AMP scene in SD. So when two new kgirl agencies opened up one after the other we helped a lot of the AMP guys figure out how to get started including screening, questions, etc.

I get paid by the enjoyment of helping others. See all my posts on the COI forums and jgirl forum about Japan. Nobody is paying me to promote strip clubs or visiting Japan either. Someone pointed me the way 20 years ago. Simple as that.

Prices will not drop. In another post I quoted exact prices from SD 10 years ago and prices are lower than ever in 2024 after you account for inflation. And that's with rent doubling in that time period. Almost everyone's income has gone up by more in those 10 years. It is cheaper than ever for me and I go more than ever. I don't think it's just me.

The affidavit says outright that the Feds put the place on surveillance. They even had government officials who were using the agency with government issued phones, so all they had to do was confiscate their own employee's phones and read their texts. The Feds do not lie on their affidavits, and they do not ask for a warrant to raid (and blow their cover) until they already have an open and shut case. It's very different from how state or city police operate. Once they raid they already had everything proven. They have up to a 99% conviction rate when taken to trial, compared to around 50% for many local cases brought by state or city.

The prices never really go down, if you're trying to frame it as less new mongers=lower prices, I don't think it works this way.

Bay Area has had lower prices for a while because girls can serve more and make more.

Why should we not help newbies? Do you only help someone when there's an incentive attached?

My biggest deal with the screening process would be, the booker now having full details of my DL, majority of my personal info that can get me in a nasty bind with my SO and personal life. Correct me if wrong but Read some post about some booker in Boston getting busted and now have close to 30 monger profiles awaiting contact from LE. That's freaking scary to imagine.

They are not going to bother raiding the booker and working backwards through their records, or begging the defendant's lawyers for follow-up info for leniency. They are only interested in federal crimes. Because first of all they said at press that they themselves cannot pursue the mongers since it is not a federal crime. What they did was investigated the owners (wire fraud and enticing to cross state lines), which is a federal crime, and handed the side-effect of their investigation over to state officials. Prostitution is a state crime, and in Boston I believe a felony (it is a misdemeanor in California). And true to that months later Boston took over the case after being handed everything. They did almost no investigation themselves. The Feds have already moved on as they are only interested in the fraud and enticement. I. e the owner and straw man renter. They have no interest in putting their staff on merely state crimes. But they will keep looking at agency owners, as their original informant dates back many years.

To be clear, they did all of the surveillance themselves. They did not need to seize any records since that is a lot less reliable and also they are not interested in simple prostitution (again, that is not a federal crime. It is 100% legal in a few parts of the US). Specifically, they are looking at people who invite workers to come to the US, host the work, and act as straw men for that. Many years ago mongers did exactly that with kgirls in Seattle. That is pretty much the only way Feds will directly investigate mongers. So dont do that (i.e try to start your own kgirl agency while also being a customer). Bad idea, but they really tried it there. Note that Seattle has kgirl agencies still long after, business as usual. Don’t be the nail that sticks out.

I will say local enforcement varies by city a lot. Things are super rampant in places like COI where It is hard to find a stripper that doesn't fuck. Whereas in SD it is hard to find a stripper that does. When strip clubs in COI get raided, it is for drugs or weapons. They dont really care about the fucking, they have better things to do.
