You are correct. The walls do not go to the ceiling. I went in for an hour this morning and had a nice experience with Lucky. Without making too much noise due to the aforementioned walls.

9988 15th Ave. It was pretty typical layout. Walls don't go to the ceiling but it's private enough. Got a 30 min and was cash only.
