I can totally agree with everything you're saying. It's well documented how much I comment on rates. So I'm unbiased to say the impact on rates is the least of my worries when it comes to -dare I say- gatekeeping. Whereas the safety of the girls and keeping the underworld under wraps can't be overstated.

I think you have to ask booker for the most accurate information. However, for back to back appointment, they still have to kick you out of the room first. I did that before with Ina and Maia, ask for duos, booker said nope, so back to back. Done with Ina, she kicked me out of the room, went outside, wait for green light from booker to come back in.
