It's well documented how much I comment on rates. So I'm unbiased to say the impact on rates is the least of my worries when it comes to -dare I say- gatekeeping. Whereas the safety of the girls and keeping the underworld under wraps can't be overstated.

I think you have to ask booker for the most accurate information. However, for back to back appointment, they still have to kick you out of the room first. I did that before with Ina and Maia, ask for duos, booker said nope, so back to back. Done with Ina, she kicked me out of the room, went outside, wait for green light from booker to come back in.

Not necessarily, but no one should be surprised either if it does. Before it more recently sat at 60, the gap between both market rates was 40 for the longest time. 220 versus 260. LSC was the first to 300 earlier this month; others will soon follow.
