I am sorry that you had a bad experience. When a place has just opened or just changed I always give a warning with my reviews. This is not the first place where they had very attractive young things when they first opened and then when the word is out and the customers are rolling in they switch to the old aunties. I was lucky, as was the next person that followed me and reviewed this place.

My suggestion, if you notice a new place take one for the team. Sometimes you will be very pleasantly surprised and other times you can always walk.

Neither. Evergreen Massage is on the same side as Natural Health but a half a block to the south or uphill. It is a small strip mall and it is in the northeast corner. To save some people's time. This is not Ever Green Massage, that is further to the south. This used to be Eastern Massage. This is a traditional Rub and Tug. The mama-san is definitely in granny territory and does a good massage and a good HE, but this is not about her.
