You guys are getting good service from regulars? I honestly feel like any good experience I've had in this hobby in the last two years has been by sheer luck. I get that this isn't like shopping at a Walmart, but the consistency is non-existent.

For what it's worth, I do wonder if this is just part of a larger trend of burnout that I'm seeing in the world in general. Most of us are overworked, underpaid, and not only underappreciated but actively antagonized by customers and bosses alike. Would my regular be happier / more eager about our visits if she had fewer visitors and more cash? Well no fucking shit. But me tipping another 20 bucks isn't going to change that, it's just going to fuck the market up.
