I was going through AA on my way home when another shooting occurred between 100th and 97th. SPD came rolling-in hot and blocked-off southbound AA. Officers got out and started marking spots where they'd found shell-casings and began taking photos. I parked and watched for a while, found it interesting. There were quite a few attractive SWs out there when it happened. I'm going to declare that at some point the city is going to drop the hammer on AA. It won't be tomorrow, it might not be next week nor next month, but this can't continue. I really am interested in your safety, be smart and vigilant and don't get caught-up in anything, be it from criminals or cops.

What kills me about this is that both the City Council and the City Attorney's Office have proclaimed that all sex workers are victims. If that's the case, then why isn't the city out there providing resources to the SW population instead of non-profits and churches? I walk through the area on foot all the time and sometimes stop and ask SWs if anyone from the city has approached them and asked if they need help, all of them have said no. Just a bunch of BS. The city talks a big game about so-called victims but ulitmately aren't doing shit for any of them. Meanwhile, they've nailed over 30 alleged johns in the past year and criminalized that population which ultimately won't do a damn thing to further any cause. It's ridiculous.

There was once a weirdo perv on Craigslist in 2014 that I thought was a police sting. And that no one on earth could possibly be dumb enough to post something like it. About a year later, he got arrested.

This is how that dude got shot at the doubletree a few weeks back. He came to hook up with a minor, saw cops pulled his piece and fucked around and ended up dead.
