1. Post a report in the Ripoff Thread. In this thread your report will drop off the front page pretty quickly. But in the Ripoff Thread, since there are fewer posts, it'll be visible for much longer.

2. Post some additional details about how exactly you were ripped off. Were you asked for a deposit and then ghosted? Was it a "cash and dash" scenario? Was it a bait-and-switch? Or was the service just lousy (or not provided) after you handed over the fee?

Those two things will help other mongers know exactly what happened, will better inform them about this scam, and will help them avoid similar scams in the future.
