Some good advice on what to do if you're pinched. It's definitely a low-risk crime, but I don't know if I'd move with the attitude that it's only a misdemeanor. Sure, I can probably beat it or get it downgraded to nothing, but I still have an arrest on my record, my name in the papers, etc.
