Are these even real? Seemingly same ad but different numbers in the ad. The underlying verified number behind the captcha verification is the same. But different from the one posted in the ad.

I am pretty sure the 2nd one is a fake ad. I was up in Utica NY last week and saw the same ad. There were a few ads with different pics that all tied to the same phone number. Different ads used different names. My Spidy sense said stay away.
