BBBJ is much safer than BBFS. 20 years ago in TJ I did BBFS with only one girl (three visits) and that's how I got a bacterial infection. I was asymptomatic for years until my next girlfriend, who then gave me the phone call. I was very careful for 18 years after that, doing only BBBJ+cfs. I'm not aware of any group that uses signal or telegram for secure messaging. In fact, if they did it might make them a target for increased scrutiny. Anyway, the better route to get screened is to use Humaniplex. Make an account on HX, build your network by meeting with higher level, noob friendly providers.
