Where do I begin!

I've managed to get one kept appt. With her out of numerous tries. Service is good. Nice girl. Very chatty and high strung personality but nice. Comms and date keeping however are a total disaster. I had a date set for a weekday evening. Day of I texted her morning, mid afternoon and up to an hour before our date. Crickets. I assume no date then 10 mins before I get a reply but she has issues. Rather than a repeat of crickets I just state if tonight is bad for you let's reschedule. We set up for next morning. Morning comes and back to crickets. Again, 10 mins before our timeframe I get "I just got out of the shower, give me 20-30 mins. " I know that really means I just woke up but doesn't matter. By this time I'm 30 mins away anyway assuming no date. She tosses in the usual "bring me a milkshake".
Well, 20 mins later I'm trying to confirm where to get her, crickets. She said 20-30 mins last mssg. I waited another 30 min past that. Crickets. She just vanished. Even now days later, not a single response.

If you can't do the date fine. Just text me some sheet came up. That's fine. I do that! Why have me grab a shake and come clear across town then don't even respond?

Saw Breezie (AA) recently. Told her she had a few bad reviews about comms / ghosting.
