I am am older guy and enjoy the whole experience. TS, nice FBSM, and then the extras. Always ask for TS when paying house fee. For extras I usually do $. 5 which gets me all I want. If you want a table shower, just ask for it. Not rocket science. If you want better service, don't insult them with a lowball offer. You may say you only pay 100. But they can choose to give only that much service. You should read enough posts to have a clue what the usual and customary rate is. Or specify exactly what you want for your limited donation.
