Oh wow, here's a blast from the past. The picture with the dark hair is at least 10 years old because she used that same photo when I saw / reviewed her in 2015.

You can find a lot out about her before you go. I found her real name, FB, etc. which I used to look up public records and saw nothing that would set off red flags so I felt comfortable going despite the lack of feedback on here or the other site. Set up time through text, where she quoted me 75/ hour.

Private apartment residence on the far, far east side. It's way out there.

Her pics are of her, and they are recent. But her pics in the ad are her at her BEST. Probably on the way out the door for a night out with the ladies. When I saw her she was in typical yoga pants and a long sleeve tee shirt.

Nice set up, heated table, candles, nice music. Massage was pretty decent front to back so no real complaints there. During the massage we made fun conversation and she shared several personal stories about her life and things that she has done and been through that are very interesting, so conversation was certainly engaging if that's your thing. It wasn't stale and mechanical like others I have seen.

About 15 minutes into the massage with me on my belly, she asks if I am interested in upgrades. She says "full body with release is 125, full body with release + topless is 150 and full body with release + full nude is 200. " Now I don't know if the original price of 75 was for back only, or if that included the front minus release but I opted for the first option. She upgraded the upgrade and went topless just for fun and holy smokes, her tits are fucking beautiful. They're gigantic, beautiful nipples, just a lot of fun to play with. I was mesmerized! Overall I would call her body "somewhat athletic" as you can tell she was once in very good shape, but by no means terrible shape now. Very good for her age though.

Technique was mechanical and nothing really special to report on.

The only downside is she uses A lot of unscented oil. I cleaned up with hot towels after, and again when I got home but it was so much I had to shower. Even then, my skin is still somewhat slick and sticky in spots. I was done and gone in 55 minutes so no complaints.

This place was awful. Hot AF no AC. Chick kept leaving, in and out. Then another chick opened the door and they said something I couldn't understand. Then she left again and the other chick came in and did the rest of the 30 minutes. It was the most uncomfortable, unpleasant experience ever. Almost painful. No flip. At 30 minutes she just left. Out front she gave me a bottle of water and I just kept walking. She followed me out saying, "tip, tip, tip. " I don't think so.

Been awhile (year) so thought I would return. Sat out front for 10 min and watched the outside seating nearby. It emptied out and I went in. One of you mongers flew through the door as I was entering. Easy next time. I'm lucky to have my fingers attached. And say hi next time. Can't remember the name of the lady that runs the place but didn't see her. Must have been slow because Lisa and her older sister stopped in and I had 4 hands for about 15 of my 40 min. I didn't ask but I wasn't going to stop it. Ending was with one but I was hoping for both. They split the tip. Both very petite. One hiked her top up for me. Lisa was gone at that point but I will try her next time. She is about 35 and the other maybe 40. Sadly she remembered me from several times before and I didn't have the heart to ask her name again.

Can you compare to Red Leaves? That's the best parameter I have to understand the type and level of service I can get.

Nothing special. Two short middle aged women. Average massage and nothing memorable on the post flip. I might return to see if I can get the other gal (shorter of the two).

There are a number of comments when searching Sinclair here, 7 Day is too common for any hits here.

I dropped by mid-morning a couple weeks ago on a whim and only one average looking middle age gal was working. Said come back in 1 hour, I never did.

The location is a plus for privacy, though they seem to be part of the new trend of charging 65 for a 60 minute rub.

Hard to beat RL or New for younger looking gals with personality and instant availability.

From what I saw when they first opened up, I am 99% certain that the owner does not work in the shop.
