This is bull shit. Asshole scammers. I'd take pics of the text screen and block the number and any similar ones that may follow. Not a bad idea to use a burner phone that you pay cash for. Have no fear, it's an attempt to extract money from you. These people are harmless but based on your message it seems their English is getting better at least. I get these messages at least once every other month. Sometimes they send pictures of people getting tortured or threatened your family. I've taunted them back on occasion for good fun. There's also one that uses an FBI Chicago field office number, it's not actually them. Just call spoofing.
