There was a lot of pretty girls out by the Citgo and surrounding streets last night, but they were accompanied by a number of guys / local boys who seem to want to keep potential customers away from them. They were hanging there for many hours, but I did not see any of them dating. When approaching them the men would give a mean look to stay away from their girls. I cannot understand are these girls dating, if not then why hang around the street where other's would date? Is the role of these men, because the girls seemed game, so if these men are handlers what's up with this behavior?

Some of them are in relationship with those women. Others are just there trying to set up a deal to share the strip that they're on.

Yeah I agree guys she's bad news. One of my friends who does not post on this board kicked her out today too, but found out some interesting information on her. Apparently she is on parole for setting a guy up for robbery on backpage years ago. They are everywhere on garrison. There are at least two white ones, both of them walk like men so you should be able to easily avoid them. There are numerous black ones and they are everywhere on garrison. It's so depressing, that last Saturday I left the area because I saw so many of them. They are also bullying the WSW to not stand on certain streets. Also, a few days ago there were three black ones sitting at the Triangle in south Baltimore too. Back in the day the dealers and prostitutes would run them off the block because they are bad for business. That's why most people don't stroll on 25th because of the risk of accidentally picking one of them up.

My advice to all mongers, if you are uncertain what she is don't stop. Talk to the prostitutes through the window before allowing them to get in. As long as you don't talk about money or services the cops can't get you on soliciting. Demand to see the puss even if you just want head.

Hello guys. I do t think that's is the Elle they are talking about. I went out yesterday 7:00 am. I found her on Wilkens and Fulton, she was sitting on the stairs.
