So I got off work early and decided to go by Aqua. I have read over this bill on several different web sites and there is absolutely nothing about customers showing Identification or documentation. That is wrong info. It does a mention that employees must show documentation for themselves and addresses the sleeping / living in the businesses. Nothing I saw about the English / Spanish thing either. You are passing along wrong information.

From what I read in Paragraph F on page 12 at line 289 of the PDF file, the 'exception' for any "establishment owner (that) operates more than five locations in this state" seems to only apply to the requirement to include address and phone number in an advertisement, but doesn't appear to exempt the establishment or owner from any other of the many ridiculous requirements.

And Pinky, go read that same PDF document (full text of the bill) and find the text (as originally posted by CflFun) that reads as follows (same Paragraph F, beginning at PDF document line number 250 on page 11):

(f) A massage establishment must maintain a complete set
of legible records in English or Spanish, which must include the
date, time, and type of service or treatment provided; the full
legal name of the employee who provided the service or
treatment; and the full legal name, home address, and telephone
number of the client or patient. Medical records may satisfy
this requirement if the records include the specified
information. A copy of the client's or patient's photo
identification may be used to provide the full legal name and

So I've made 3 trips to Orlando in the last few months specifically for the AMPs quality and convenience of location. If A2 is closed I'm going to be super disappointed. Same thing happened when MM, NDS and King all went quiet. Planning another trip in a few weeks. If you regulars could keep us posted on which are still up and running, or if they went the apartment route I'd appreciate it. I'm an out of towner infringing on your good graces, but always try to report back good intel. TIA.
