They are the cheapest base-rate agency now because of it. Even the SD thai agency is more at 300. These are 1hr rates.

I am not taking any side on this other than to say from my perspective I have seen only inflation make it cheaper every year since 2014, with a one-time bump in pricing by 20. My income beat inflation so that's why I'm visiting more than before. As a bonus competing agencies have bb on the table and included for the equivalent of 2014 non-bb price, if I want it. To people who started in the last few years where bb came along with its own pricing that is no consolation, I understand. So do what you please.
