Agreed, Priva was in San Diego for 320 + 100 upcharge (standard CAKD pricing). 340 all in is what the new agencies are going for, which is cheaper than upcharge but higher than no-bb. SDAG in San Diego is still at 280 for no-bb. I've used them 10 years straight and I think they were 260 in 2014, a 20 increase for the exact same service. They are the cheapest base-rate agency now because of it. Even the SD thai agency is more at 300. These are 1hr rates.
