You can get tested at the county health center. Think it was free. You have results in about 3 days.

As for as I know, at-home tests require you to mail in samples to a testing service. It usually takes a few days for the results. I don't think there are at-home tests that will immediately give you the results. Someone correct me, if I'm wrong.
