As I have testified just yesterday in the COI forum and before here, let me tell you how much safter BBBJ is than BBFS. I had 12 years of BBBJ plus cfs with kgirls, and the only thing I got were the things you get even when using a condom. Crabs and genital herpes. Crabs was from a girl that wasn't shaven (crabs can't hang on unless they grab pubic hair), and herpes was from cfs. It was almost certainly from the cfs based on where the lesion was (scrotum).

Before that, I had BBFS with 1 girl in TJ and got chlamydia. I was her regular and had her 3 times, so that contributed (it's not certain you'll catch it every time you're exposed). Worst, I was asymptomatic so I gave it to my new girlfriend years later. I didn't cheat on her or anything but it complicated things because she got the impression I wasn't a serious long-term guy (well yeah fair enough that's true but I didn't want to give that impression!

Almost every girl is shaved nowadays so it was really clear the one girl who gave crabs to me. They are super easy to kill with a through application of Nix at any supermarket, they die in seconds. They appear as tiny white flakes, like dandruff, except they move across your pubic hair periodically. Sorry to be blunt but better to be upfront with the truth in case it helps even one person.

All the data on stds show that BBBJ transmission could happen but is extremely low when compared to BBFS. The risk is also more for the girl if she swallows cum, whereas to infect the other way she needs to produce bodily fluids that pass from the throat to you, and that is neither common or in much quantity if it does. If you look up actual studies, the known transmission rate from blow job giver to receiver rounds to zero (not statistically significant but possible). I don't mean to say it is safe but if we're comparing BBBJ and BBFS it's not anywhere close.

Lastly, they test for chlamydia and gonorrhea because the first is the leading cause of blindness in babies (who pass through a woman's vagina and can get it in their eyes) and the second can have painful and disgusting symptoms to threat. There are several other bacteria that have mild or asymptomatic symptoms. Which is actually bad for those with partners as you can see from my experience where I had no symptoms and unknowingly passed it onto a girlfriend years later. Of course, I was young and should have been an adult about it and made it clear that this was from my past and I didn't know, reassured her that I would be faithful, etc. I imagine it is much more complicated if it was an already committed relationship.

These other bacteria doctors will take a sample and send to a lab to identify which antibacterial will work on them. They might never identify the bacteria, just what medicine to use. The bad news is if you pass it to your partner and she has to do this. It raises eyebrows if you've been together long. We can only hope that we don't catch things, or that if we pass them they are asymptomatic in the other person. But that risk is too much for many people, believe me I speak from own experience and from reading a lot of people that got caught this way. I'm sorry to say this, I wish it were any other way.

Lucky to those who have no partners, your decision is a lot simpler.

I don't judge anyone, I just want to inform people so they can better make their own decision. When I get a new partner, I talk to my doctor and let her know I've gone through multiple partners including SW, and she will prescribe me a combo antibiotics to clear me up for a fresh start. Taking them will make you sick for a while as almost all your body's bacteria (including good ones in the gut) die off. Don't take it for no reason. But for a high risk individual taking on a new partner, it's appropriate.

When I switched back to bb (mainlylast year), I could tell I had mild symptoms of something and it was one of these other bacteria (not chlamydia or gonorrhea) and passed it to my partner who had worse symptoms than me. I had about 6 girls bb before I noticed, but for all I know it was the very first girl who gave it to me. Yes, bbfs is riskier, particularly if you specifically care about being caught. I could almost care less about the symptoms in comparison. They were mild and annoying, that's all.
