There were and still are 3. The difference between VIP and premium was 90 vs 55. Premium got 1 free post a day. VIP got 2. Like you said, anytime or any more than the free ones are an additional 15 which is different than before.

For Washington it looks like 90 a month for VIP. 180 a week for the special Washington add you see at the beginning and 5 a day for the purple sticky ad thing. 2 runs of a standard ad a day as a VIP provider and 15 every post after that. Other states are cheaper.

Generally have had good luck with booking through agencies when traveling to a new city. But https://www.dreamgirlsseattle.com/ is feeling a little dodgy.
