That sucks. Until a couple of weeks ago it was always DIY at best there and I almost always got on old lady. Other than two different providers there now, I don't know why it is different now. Guess this is a prime example of a YMMV situation.

Sorry, They were a pair since 2017 off Hamilton. Both ghosted many times in mid 2023 so its time for me to go.
