I've been reading through all the advice you have been given and agree with everyone except the most recent one. The first thing you need to do is get better OpSec (someone else mentioned this). If you were using your own personal cell number, stop doing that. Ask yourself what they really got on you? Do they have your address where you live? Do they have any personal contacts of yours? Do they know where you work? Do they have any of your professional contacts? If the answer is no to all these questions, then they got nothing on you.

If they only have your cell number, there is really not much they can do except try to make you sufficiently paranoid to pay a 'fine'. The use of that word suggests these idiots are based outside the US and probably don't speak English fluently. The law is on your side, blackmail is illegal and if across state lines becomes a federal offense. If international, not much US authorities can do to catch perps. If I were you, I'd block all of the calls, then get rid of your current number you first used to get a hold of them. Then get another personal number and also get a VOIP for your mongering activities.

I have tried and she is good but the rates are expensive but she is legit.
