I would not be so confident in advising his that they will cool down and just move on. "Fine" = blackmail, not like a government fine. If they have his contacts and are going through this level of effort, they could actually expose him.

However, I am definitely not advising to pay. There's no guarantee that even ends the blackmail. It's a shitty situation.

That's a scam. A police officer would first have to arrest or cite you, then you'd have an opportunity to go to court to contest the charges or take a plea deal. A provider doesn't have the legal right to fine you. Simply block the number on your burner phone and move on. (You're using a burner phone for your hobbying activities, aren't you? While it certainly could be a scam, it could also be someone who is tired of clients who make appts for the future and then don't show. I've seen plenty of legit "same day only" providers over the years. That being said, it is a bit strange that an Eros provider, since they generally charge premium rates, would push for same day only.

Check to see if she has posted ads in this area, or other areas, in the past. A web search using her name, phone digits, and images should help you figure out if she's legit. Also, of course, check review sites.

If you're not able to find any info, I would strongly suggest to keep looking. Or you could play along a bit and see what develops. If you say you're ready to meet she will probably respond with her requirements for meeting. If she asks for a deposit, or some other questionable items, then you'll know for sure.
