I think there are lot of bad things that contributed to that bust. Yes I read the entire indictment. There was an insider confidential informant that gave the initial tip. Then at least 21 people talked when interrogated by the fedLE outside the units after leaving and being approached. They also used their credit cards to pay a monthly fee. So. So I am verifying in Kentucky agency and was when PD was up in Chicago. What are some of the things needed for the agencies in this Area.
