There could be all kinds of random reasons that someone left the sign on. There was another posted who got some intel saying Top / Aloha should be reopening soon. We'll see. There's obviously some plan involved and we know Asians love money so if there's a way for them to remain in business after whatever it is that's going on, you know they will do so. All depends on the circumstances of whatever is taking place or if they are moving on to greener pastures elsewhere.
