As far as finding a gem, it seems to me that any real provider who is advertising on that site would also be advertising on other sites that are more widely known (Tryst, STG, etc). Even listcrawler, with its high proportion of fakes, at least provides ways to check the ad posting history, comments, and reviews.

From everything I saw when I checked it out, ladysone isn't worth putting in my toolkit.

The Tina / Cherry / other ACS doesn't send pics, even if they did, I wouldn't believe them (their ads are all fake).
