I'm sure the difference between having the person consider the offer and reporting you is whether there is any attraction there. You know when something is harassment? When it's unwelcome. But if you have a great conversation with a vibe and you ask, then it's just a proposal, an opportunity. And I would say to the OP (if in fact there is a chance of a real vibe) that you miss all the shots you never take. Similar happened to me recently. I let my subscription lapsed a few weeks ago. I'm still logged into by web page browser so I can check profiles once in a while but don't really view the site.
