I agree. I remember a few local news reports of "major stings" over the years, and they displayed a "mug shot board" of a few dozen people, most of them guys. It seems that they were led by the Warren Police Commissioner, but credit was also given to a Macomb County Task Force. The stretch of Telegraph from 9 mile to Northwestern /696 is convenient and has long been a Hotspot with plenty of motels to choose from. Police activity is relatively light outside of traffic stops. It is odd he keeps trying to convince us that Warren is safe, when I know 100% it isn't. They have dedicated resources in their vice squad for prostitution. Most cities do little to nothing and basically it falls to the county.
