I am looking for a recommendation. Preferable online if possible to start a treatment but I have to get a baseline prior to and after the treatment. (The last time I was in this situation about 7 years ago, I went to UCSD emergency and it took too long. They run a lot of other blood tests, etc. And it was expensive too).

You can look for Safelab testing on Google. I've used them before and they are not too intrusive. Getting meds, you will most likely need to go through your doctor. You can also go to planned parenthood if you test positive and get meds. But planned parenthood asks alot of questions.

What do you mean by exposure? To HIV? How do you know, of the girl does full panels, she told you after you stuck it in for 5 seconds?

Guys like them have written many useful reports, but information that flows too freely has its consequences. People on the forums tend to follow each other very closely. That's why some of the lobbies in the unmentioned spots are full of other mongers waiting in line. Seems like this forum is filling up with trash. PoonJoohny or whatever his handle was, was getting his cut from some spas for promoting it here, most of his reviews were fake. In more than one occasion, I was dissapointed by him. And DatyKing never dissapointed me. I actually can say I had similar experiences with the same girls he reviewed on. I can vouche for him, a true legend and for me the most honest one here. But this forum is a joke, including with the admins. At this rate just ban every spa and users. Just saying.
