Had an 830 am scheduled appointment with Mimi at Sakura. I make the 45 min drive, arrive on time, and was told Mimi would not be there until 10 am. The other 2 ladies there were woman I have never seen before, and were quiet frankly scary to look at. Both very ugly, between the two of them they might have 10 teeth missing and looked dirty. Sakura is the only one in this area that has opened early for me. It took several visits to make that happen. Nothing before 830 am though. Louisville, Stone and Sun, will open for you at 8 am, but again it takes some previous visits to gain trust that you will show for an early appointment.
