After you posted I took a closer look at the image and realized I'm pretty sure I know exactly who they are. Where they live and their names. They're 18 and 20 but because I'm quite sure I know them.

I don't really want to speak on them but they're nice girls who won't get you caught up in anything.

I wasn't interested in picking up either. I was looking for BSW Kat who's back I snapped the photo because they were just odd. Clearly looking for attention but not sure if they were working. They did jump in a mongers car. (I say that because the guy was looping around the block) saw him circling. Some guys are just way too obvious (not a good look in that neighborhood BTW but that's a different post. Anyway they were there for what's its worth.

Times are tough financially for many folks especially those in the inner city. We've all seen squeegee workers running the streets in their early teens so why can't we expect that from others. No they were definitely looking for business that night. I see the smaller one in the neighborhood all the time but just on civilian shit, walking around with family and stuff but I pulled aside and watched for a bit and saw one vehicle pull aside a block away from them. They both crossed the street and went to the vehicle, spoke and went back to their steps. Then another vehicle pulled up, they they went over, spoke and got in. They both looked under the influence like alcohol maybe. Were in a cheerful mood. Other times, they're not. They were definitely working on Wednesday night. Appear to be neighborhood girls looking for extra money.
